What data we collect

Through the request form we collect the data you provide: name, company, email address, phone number, details of the requested trip and any special requirements you mention (e.g. need for assistance). Please do not include health data unless it is necessary to prepare the offer.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data solely to prepare an offer and communicate with you about your request (pre-contractual measures and your consent, Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). We do not use the data for direct marketing without your explicit consent.

Sharing of data

If you book a service, the data necessary to provide it is shared with airlines, hotels and other service providers. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Retention

Request data is kept for a maximum of 2 years from the last contact, unless the law (e.g. accounting regulations) requires longer retention for concluded transactions.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It only uses a strictly necessary session cookie for the secure operation of the form, which is deleted when you close your browser. A cookie consent banner is therefore not required.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and to object. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@a-via.si. If you believe the processing violates the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si).
